If anyone is like me they crave food from the Big Yellow Golden Arches after a hard night on call. Sadly though it's often a toss-up between heading home or stopping for a pick-up.

I spent this afternoon trying to make my own McDonald's Big Mac and I have to say they're even better than the real thing! Just thought I'd share the recipe.
